• Provide and operate the Service
• Connect Trainers with their Clients
• Send account-related emails (password reset, billing receipts, trial expiry notices)
• Send automated daily meal-logging reminders to clients whose trainers have enabled this feature
• Improve the Service and fix issues
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Sharing

We share your data only with:

• Supabase — our database and authentication provider (data stored securely on their servers)
• Stripe — our payment processor (handles billing; we never store your card details)
• Resend — our transactional email provider (used to send reminders and account notifications; your email address is shared for delivery purposes only)
• Calendly — if your trainer has connected a scheduling link, appointment-related data may pass through Calendly's service
• Law enforcement — if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users

4. Health Data

Fitness and nutrition data you enter is sensitive. We treat it with extra care:

• It is only visible to you and your assigned Trainer
• It is never sold or shared with advertisers
• It is stored securely with encryption at rest

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data will be removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Your Rights

As a user, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Withdraw consent at any time

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your login session. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

8. Children's Privacy
